How to order a custom design cake

We absolutely love bringing new ideas to life! We happily work with you to create your bespoke designs for any occasion. If you have something special in mind, simply fill in the enquiry form for a quote. Please keep in mind that while best efforts will be made to match your inspiration pictures sometimes copyright may prevent reproductions. There will always be some mild variations of colour and decorative availablity.

For custom cakes and wedding cakes, we provide you with a detailed quote and invoice once we’ve confirmed your design.

How to order Cookies & Cupcakes online

Cookies - Choose either a 4 or 6 pack and add to cart!

Cupcakes - For cupcakes choose your flavour and then select whether you want a simple but beautiful swirl or somethig a bit extra! Once your selection has been made you can click add to cart. There is a text box above the cart for you to add any additional notes like buttercream colours and designs.

Once your order is placed, We will contact you to confirm order date and comfirm all the details.

For custom cakes, please reach out early so we have time to order any special toppers, decorations, or styling pieces.

Order cut-off & notice periods

For cookies and cupcakes please allow for a 1 week lead time before these products are ready for collection or delivery.

Custom cakes will depend on the size and any speciality items that may be needed. Please contact us to discuss further.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery options

Delivery is available for cakes and larger orders within Diamond Creek and nearby suburbs:

$10 within 5 km
$20 within 7 km
$30 within 9 km

Delivery fees will be added to your invoice once confirmed.

If you’re outside this range, please contact us to see if we are able to make other arrangements for you!

Delivery timeslots will be confirmed with you once your order is confirmed.

Pickup details

Pickup is free from Diamond Creek, Melbourne.
Typical pickup times are:

Thursday & Friday: 12 pm – 2 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9 am – 11 am

When your order is confirmed we will allocate a pickup time and and advise pick up address. Please ensure you stick to your allocated time.

Custom pickup times can sometimes be arranged - just get in touch to check availability.

Edible Prints

Have a particular image or logo you would like add to your cake or cupcakes! All designs are printed on edible icing sheets. Please allow at least one week for printing. If absoutely urgent please get in touch to see if can arrange earlier, please note this may incur additional charge.

Allergens & Ingredients

While we take great care to avoid cross-contamination, all cakes are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts.

Any of our cake flavours can be made gluten free. However please note all our cakes incuding gluten ones are made in the same kitchen so there may still be traces.

Every cake,cupcake and cookie comes clearly labelled with ingredients and allergy information.

Cake Sizes & Servings

Here’s a general guide to the sizes I offer and their approximate servings. When choosing a cake size you will need to decide if you want to serve coffee serves or dessert serves. Coffee serves are cut to 1"x1" and dessert serves are cut to 1"x2".

All cake sizing below is based on a 4 layer single tier cake (actual numbers may very).

5inch Cake: Between 8 dessert serves / 16 coffee serves
6inch Cake: Between 14 dessert serves / 24 coffee serves
7inch Cake: Between 17 dessert serves / 32 coffee serves
8inch Cake: Between 24 dessert serves / 48 coffee serves

Extended Tier and Double Barrel Cakes are also available and will increase the number of serves. Please contact us for more information.

We don’t currently offer tastings but check out our Markets page as we may be at a Market near you where you can purchase a little taste tester there :)

Cake Care

Keep your cake flat, cool, and away from direct sunlight.
If refrigerated, allow it to return to room temperature before serving for the best texture and flavour.

Minimum Orders & Bulk/Wholesale Enquiries

The minimum order is 1 cake or 12 cupcakes.
