Cancellations & Changes

We completely understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to help where we can. To keep things running smoothly, all cancellations or booking changes need to be made in writing.

If you cancel your order within 3 days of your scheduled pick-up or delivery date, the full booking amount will be forfeited, as your order will already be in progress.

If you’re unable to collect your order at your booked time, please note we may not be available again until  our next business day. Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund orders that haven’t been collected within the allocated pick up time. 

If you need to move your date, just send us a message in writing with as much notice as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new date, however, this will depend on availability and deposits may not be transferable.

Order Refunds

We want you to be 100% happy with your order, and we take great care to make sure every cake, cupcake and cookie leaves our kitchen looking and tasting beautiful.

Because each creation is handmade and custom-designed, refunds cannot be issued for design preferences, including colour shades, decorations, or styling choices. It’s important to share as many details as possible when placing your order so we can bring your vision to life. We always welcome inspiration photos and will guide you through design options that reflect your style while staying true to our Cozy Krumbs aesthetic.

If you have any concerns about the flavour or quality of your cake, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund requests based on flavour will be assessed at our discretion, and the item must be returned so we can review it.

Please note that we’re unable to issue refunds for items that have been consumed.

If you’re not fully happy with your order at pick-up, we’ll always do our best to find a solution on the spot. However, if someone collects your order on your behalf, please understand that we may not be able to offer adjustments once the cake has left our care.

Once your cake, cupcakes or cookies leave our kitchen, we can’t take responsibility for damage during transport or mishandling. We may be able to assist with repairs if availability allows but please take extra care, especially when transporting tall or delicate cakes.

Damage

We do our very best to provide clear instructions and guidance on how to store and handle your order, both in person and through the information provided on our website.

Once your cake or desserts have been collected or delivered, Cozy Krumbs cannot take responsibility for any damage that may occur during transport, handling, or storage. Every order leaves our kitchen in perfect condition, and we take great care to package it securely to help it arrive safely.

If something does happen after your order has left our care, please reach out we’ll always do our best to offer advice or assistance where possible, depending on our availability.

Design

Every cake we create is unique, crafted with care and creativity. While we love seeing your inspiration photos, we use them as a guide only to capture your vision and style — not to copy another artist’s work.

Because each design is made by hand, no two cakes will ever be exactly the same, even when based on one of our own previous creations. This is what makes every Cozy Krumbs cake truly one-of-a-kind — made just for you. 💛

Order Pickup & Delivery

You’re welcome to collect your order from our Cozy Krumbs kitchen. For larger or wedding orders, delivery can be arranged to your venue. Please confirm your preference at the time of booking so we can plan accordingly.

Pick-up times are carefully scheduled to keep everything running smoothly. Please arrive at your agreed collection time, as we often have other orders and deliveries throughout the day. If you’re running late, we may not be available until later, or an additional delivery or courier fee may apply to ensure your order reaches you safely.

For delivery quotes, please provide the exact address when booking. Delivery times are arranged in advance and provided as an estimated window, as travel and traffic can vary. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated and confirm a more accurate time on the day.

To keep your bakes fresh and at their best, please let us know as early as possible if you need to change your collection time — we can’t guarantee product freshness or availability if we’re not given adequate notice.

Cake Flowers

If you’d like your cake florals to perfectly match your event flowers, we recommend asking your florist to supply the blooms for your cake. This is the best way to ensure a consistent style and colour match, as our access to flowers depends on what’s available at the markets each week.

We’ll always do our best to match your floral inspiration as closely as possible when selecting blooms ourselves.

If your florist is providing the flowers, please make sure they have a copy of your cake inspiration photos and a clear understanding of the style you’ve requested. This helps us ensure there are enough suitable flowers on the day.

Working together helps us make your cake and flowers look beautifully cohesive — the perfect finishing touch to your celebration. 🌸

Agreement of Terms & Conditions

By paying your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all Cozy Krumbs terms and conditions.

Please note that our terms and conditions may be updated or amended from time to time to reflect changes in our processes or policies. We encourage you to review them periodically, as updates may occur without prior notification.
